What's your Return Policy?
We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We want to assure each of our customers that we shall do our best to make sure your item arrives and in good condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 7 days of receipt and, if the return is not damaged, it will be refunded. Please with the following restrictions.
- All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state. （All strung beads must be in their original strands and all products must be in their original packages with original labels.）
- Shipping /handling fees are not refundable. (If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges.)
- Customized Products can not be returned.
- Returns after 7 days of receipt can not be accepted.
- Our products are double checked to give you the best quality, however there are imperfections sometimes. If the item is either faulty or damaged, please contact us with your order number and the item code and we will start an investigation and response to you as soon as possible.
- If you want the replacement, we will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it to you, but the returning postage will be charged to your account.
- If you don't want any exchange or replacement, we will refund the goods cost, but the returning postage will be charged to your account.
NOTE: When returning items for exchange in the same category of products, you will receive the same quantity discount as your original order. All other items will be calculated as a new order. The quantity discount pricing will be based on the number of items placed on the new order. All Top Nail is not responsible for postage on returned items. In the event that you return a large quantity of items for which you have received assortable or quantity discount pricing, we reserve the right to recalculate your order total based on the actual items you kept.
How do I return the items to your company?
Please follow these steps:
1. Please email the detailed information to firstname.lastname@example.org before you return the goods. Contact us for a return authorization number (RA#). Please have your order number ready when call or include that in your email.
2. Please also enclose your original invoice or your order number. Write your RA# on the outside of the package.
3. Wrap the items with enough cushions and package your shipment carefully to prevent damage. Please also securely enclose your package with enough tapes (sometimes, we received pages almost open, so just be careful).
4. Send the package to us using a proper shipping method. We recommend you purchase shipping insurance to protect yourself in case the return package is lost or damaged.
How long does it usually take to process the refund?
All returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive. We will notify you by email once your return is process and refund is issued.
