1)       Enter Product Information

Ordering with All Top Ornament is as quick and easy as 1-2-3. Browse the product categories and choose the attributes you prefer or use the Search box to quickly find an item by its description. When you’ve found the item you are looking for, click the "Add To Wish List" button to place the item in your Wish List.

When a new item is successfully added to your Wish List from a shopping page, they will also be listed in your Wish List window, to the right of your screen. To view additional information about a product, click on the item name or image, or use your mouse to ’’hover’’ over the image. You will find a larger image and detailed product information. The Wish List window shows the last 6 items added to your wish list window. If you want to get the details, please click the “Wish List” or “More” button to see how many items in your Wish List page.

2) Review Wish List

To save your time, you should login before you add the item to the Wish List, because we will keep all of your wish list data, which is carefully selected, FOREVER! If you are new to All Top Nail, click the “Register” button to proceed to the account information page. Current customers may Login using a previously registered email address and password. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact us !

To arrive at the wish list from any other page, click on the “Wish List” or “More” link located in the upper right side of each page. Once at the wish list page, you can review all the items that you have placed in your wish list and information about each item.

You can also make some changes to your wish list here, such as remove an item or move all items from your wish list. If you want to delete any item, select the item and click the “Remove To Wish List” button in the right of the list. And also you can move all items from your wish list, click the “Move All to List” button on the top of the listing.

3) Fill in the order form and send it to us

When you want to place an order, You can download the "Order Form" on the top of this listing then fill in the order form (fill in the detailed information of what you want to order including item number, quantity, shipping address etc.) and send it to us sales@alltopnail.com via email, So we will know what do you want and will try to fit the requests.

Our suggestion: You can make your order via either above method. All Top Ornament is based in China. We are a Chinese company. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported as far as your country’s customs are concerned. The price of our products does not include any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the "Order Form", i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of All Top Ornament. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. All packages shipped from All Top Ornament will include a declaration indicating the contents as ’Craft Supplies’, with full value for the order listed. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), we are more than happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help.

If you order goods from us and feel that you’ve been unexpectedly ’stung’ with taxes at your end, please don’t blame us. A packaged returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in All Top Ornament being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed.
